Free Carer Workshop

Wednesday 16 August, 12.30pm to 4pm

Cost: Free, including afternoon tea.

Carers in the City of Armadale are invited to a free Carer Wellbeing Workshop on Wednesday 16 August from 12.30pm to 4pm.

Hosted by the City of Armadale in partnership with Carers WA, the workshop will discuss who carers are, what wellbeing is, the impacts of caring on wellbeing, services available for carers, advocating for yourself and looking after your physical wellbeing, including injury prevention, manual handling and physical self-care.

All carers who wish to attend must be a registered member of Carers WA. Membership for individuals is free, however donations are welcome.
