28 Mar 2025 Festival artist announced for 2025 Armadale Arts Festival
The City of Armadale is delighted to announce Geraldine Gustavino as the festival artist at the 2025 Armadale Arts Festival. Geraldine was born in Gibraltar, and moved to Perth in her early twenties. Geraldine has won many awards, including the Gibraltar May Festival Artist Award in 1989, and third prize in the Armadale Society of Artists Awards in 2018. She was won the People’s Choice Award three times in: Belmont (2016), Bayswater (2019), and with the Armadale Society of Artists (ASA) in 2024.

17 Feb 2025 Records continue to be broken at the Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre
The Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre (AFAC) have set a new standard of excellence, with a record breaking 4000 enrolments in their Swim School. This tremendous milestone was reached by a dedicated team effort of 62 Swim School Instructors, breaking the 4000 enrolment mark for the first time in AFAC history and cementing AFAC as one of the premier swim schools in WA.
