The City of Armadale is looking for local young bands to showcase their talents live on stage at FRAMED cirque!, the City’s free youth music and arts event.
The event will be held at the Armadale District Hall on Friday 18 August from 6 – 9pm, with the hall being transformed into a cirque infused spectacle.
The City will be choosing a number of amazing bands or artists to perform at the event, so if you know any young people aged 13 – 17 years old who would be interested encourage them to contact the City by Friday 14 July.
Mayor Henry Zelones OAM, JP said that this event is a great opportunity for young bands to get some exposure.
“This is a great opportunity for any talented young performers to showcase their talents to a live audience, plus there are prizes available for the chosen acts.”
“We are very proud of the incredible young talent we have in this community, and are delighted to provide an event that supports our young artists and musicians.”
Framed cirque! is part of the Outside the Frame Art Exhibition, being held from Saturday 12 August to Sunday 20 August from 11am to 4pm daily.
