The City of Armadale is pleased to advise the internationally recognised AWESOME Arts Festival is coming to the Kelmscott Hall, just in time for the school holidays on Saturday September 23 and Sunday 24 September.
AWESOME is committed to presenting high-quality, layered programming for young children.
There will be free shows, workshops, storytime sessions, kids’ market stalls and lots of fun activities from 10am to 3pm throughout the weekend.
City of Armadale Mayor Ruth Butterfield said the City has partnered with AWESOME to deliver this exciting free festival weekend where the kids can see a show, get messy with craft activities or even learn a new skill.
“Children aged from zero to 12 years will be kept busy with an array of performances, captivating storytelling sessions, and the opportunity to try some creative arts and crafts.
“There’s even an area dedicated to Kids’ Market Stalls where you can buy items created by young entrepreneurs from the local community”, said Mayor Butterfield.
Bookings are required for the workshops and storytelling sessions. For more information or to see the full program visit www.perthhillsarmadale.com.au
