Council, at its meeting on 27 February 2023, resolved to adopt the City of Armadale modified Local Planning Policy PLN 4.1 - The Design of Industrial Estates.
Council made an amendment to the road layout depicted in Figure 2 of Local Planning Policy PLN 4.1 - The Design of Industrial Estates to reflect recent road closure and subdivision applications in the area.
A copy of the policy is available for viewing at the City of Armadale Administration Office, 7 Orchard Avenue, Armadale from 8.15am to 4.45pm weekdays and on the City's website at www.armadale.wa.gov.au in the Local Planning Policies section.
