LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 4 – AMENDMENT No. 116

It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned local planning scheme amendment on 2 August 2023. In general terms, Amendment 116 has the effect of rezoning Lots 10 & 12 (863) Rowley Rd, Lots 5 (596), 7 & 9 Oxley Rd & Lot 5066 Kargotich Rd, Doobarda (formerly Forrestdale) from Rural Living to Industrial Development and inserts provisions relevant to the development of a Structure Plan for the area into the Scheme text. This is Stage 2 of the new industrial/business park being developed in this locality.
