It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with Section 87(3) of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Armadale Town Planning Scheme amendment on 26 April 2023 for the purpose of:
- Amending Special Control Area Map 3 by including Lots 4 and 502 Green Avenue, Armadale within Development Contribution Area 8.
